Frequently asked Questions
Getting Started
How doIset up my FlossPure for the first time?
Charge your FlossPure fully via the USB-C cable (2-3 hours). Fill the 36oml water tank with clean water. Pressthe power button to turn on, then press the mode button to select your preferred pressure. Lean over the sink, place the tip in your mouth, turn on water flow, then close your lips slightly.
How often shouldIuse my water flosser?
We recommend using your Floss Pure once daily, ideally after brushing. A typical session takes about 60seconds. Consistent daily use is key most users report noticeable gum health improvements within 2-4 weeks.
Maintenance
How do I clean my water flosser?
After each use, empty any remaining water from the tank to prevent bacteria growth. Run clean water through the tip for 10–15 seconds. The water tank is removable and dishwasher-safe (top rack). Wipe the body with a damp cloth. Deep clean monthly by running a diluted white vinegar solution through the device.
How often should I replace the nozzle tips?
We recommend replacing nozzle tips every 3–6 months, or sooner if you notice the tip bristles are worn or the jet stream becomes irregular. The Floss Pure Pro 360 includes 5 tips, and replacement packs are available in our shop.
Technical
My water flosser has low water pressure. What should I do?
First, check that the nozzle tip is securely attached. Ensure the water tank is properly filled and seated. Try a different pressure mode. If the issue persists after a full charge, contact our support team. Low pressure after extended use may indicate a tip blockage — try rinsing the tip under running water.
The LED light is blinking red. What does this mean?
A blinking red LED indicates low battery — your FlossPure needs charging. Connect the included USB-C cable to charge. The LED will turn solid blue when charging is complete. If the LED blinks red immediately after charging, please contact support.
